We are excited to introduce you to our Mahjong lessons and events business, Let’s Talk Tiles! We are Nikki and Jen—a retired teacher and an attorney—who have been longtime friends since meeting while volunteering at our children’s elementary school almost 20 years ago. Now empty nesters, we thrive on the joy of connecting with others through the timeless game of Mahjong.

We are the proud owners of the Let’s Talk Tiles Mahjong Studio & Shop, located at 825 River Road in Fair Haven, NJ. We are thrilled to offer the Jersey Shore Peninsula community a beautiful place to learn, play, and shop all things Mahjong in our thoughtfully curated studio. We think you’ll agree that the studio’s aesthetic vibes are unmatched, and we are especially excited that Let’s Talk Tiles Mahjong Studio & Shop is the first Mahjong studio to open in Monmouth County, NJ.

We currently offer private and group lessons in our studio for everyone—from the brand-new beginner to the more experienced player looking to elevate their game. We teach using NMJL rules and provide everything needed to learn and enjoy our favorite game, which we guarantee will soon become your new obsession!

If you already have some experience playing Mahjong, we are happy to assist you and your friends with guided play. We can also teach 3-player or Siamese Mahjong and help you refine and practice your skills. For experienced players who don’t need instruction but are looking for a welcoming place to gather and play, our studio offers the perfect setting.

We also love helping to create joyful and unique Mahjong events for you and your friends in our beautiful studio. With more than 10 years of experience as parent council leaders planning and executing hundreds of fun and successful events, we are excited to help you plan an event everyone will love.
